SOAR.HOST Limited ("SOAR.HOST") agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber, subject to the following ("Terns of Service").
SOAR.HOST Limited, the company here after referred to as, ("SOAR.HOST"), ("Us"), ("We") and The Client, ("Customer"), ("Client") and ("You").
Use of SOAR.HOST Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to ToS ("Terms of Service").
All provisions of this contract are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of SOAR.HOST. Subscriber understands that change to ToS by SOAR.HOST shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.
By accepting to these terms you indicate that you also agree to the Minecraft EULA.
All server plans are elegible for refunds within 14 days of service deployment in our database, this point is not marked by the time at which your initial payment is processed and may differ by several hours or days. Refunds cannot be requested on one-time purchases such as server management plans. Credit added using the "Add Funds" function is non-refundable and is automatically applied to your invoice each pay period. Any account which initiates a charegback or dispute on a payment will have their services automatically terminated and the account closed.
To terminate your services you must cancel via our WHMCS billing area at my.soar.host. A Cancellation can be induced at any point in time and executed immediately or at the end of the billing period.
Cancellation requests are not considered as a refund request. If you are eligible for a refund then a formal refund request ticket must be raised within the 14 day refund period. Any requests made outside of that refund period are not valid or eligible for a refund.
SOAR.HOST, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorised access to our server systems or any other loss of data. SOAR.HOST shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time.
Any support requests required for products from SOAR.HOST shall be submitted through the billing panel. Any other form of contact other than online tickets, live chat is not guaranteed a proper response from an official support representative. In addition, not all support requests will be able to be performed over the live chat. Support agents will direct you through the proper ticket procedure for these requests.
The following are our support policy that all customers must abide by whilst using our services. Any violations of these terms may result in termporary or permanent ban from our services such as live chat, or our online ticketing system.
Our support agents will do their utmost best for you whilst using our services they just ask that you respect them :)
SOAR.HOST cannot guarantee that all promotion codes will work all of the time.
SOAR.HOST reserves the right to seek and consult with any appropriate authorities that may need to be involved in the event of an issue arising whether its through violation of this policy or any other illegal occurrence requiring the involvement of law-enforcement agencies.
While we offer unlimited bandwidth and disk space to our customers we reserve the right to request that you delete excessive files such as large logs or anything else we deem excessive. Any uploaded files that cause the server to lag or make the server unplayable are not the responsibility of SOAR.HOST.
If we find your server using any sort of system to bypass limits put on your server(s) such as RAM or security is subject to being terminated without refund.
Additionally, we reserve all rights to terminate/suspend your server or service upon violation of these terms or any other basis if deemed necessary.
SOAR.HOST services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. SOAR.HOST reserves the right to co-operate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.
Use of the SOAR.HOST services to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that harasses another is not permitted.
Objectional Content or materials may not be submitted to SOAR.HOST's services such as usernames, sub-domains, server names, etc. SOAR.HOST will moderate its services and ultimately decide whether or not to permit the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: sexually explicit materials; obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent, racial hatred, LGBTQ+ hatred, and/or unlawful content or profanity; content that infringes upon the right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sportsbooks, bingo or poker.
Adding, removing, or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is strictly prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is strictly prohibited.
Use of SOAR.HOST service make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam such as "pyramid schemes" and "chain letters" is not permitted.
Use of the SOAR.HOST service to access, or attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of SOAR.HOST or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is strictly prohibited and the offending SOAR.HOST account is subject to immediate termination and further investigation.
Use of SOAR.HOST service for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems SOAR.HOST Services or the internet. This includes "Denial of Service" (DoS) attacks agsinst another network host or individual user. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services or equipment is prohibited. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that their network is configured in a secure manner. A subscriber may not, through action or inaction allow others to use their network for illegal or inappropriate actions. A Subscriber may not permit their network, through action or inaction, to be configured in such a way that gives a third party the capability to use their network in an illegal or inappropriate manner. Unauthorised entry and/or use of another company and/or individual's computer system will result in immediate account termination. SOAR.HOST will not tolerate any subscriber attempting to access the accounts of others, or penetrate security measures or other systems, whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data.
Fraud involves a knowing misrepresentation or misleading statement, writing, or activity with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it. Fraud is strictly prohibited and offences will be investigated.
Our products may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or operated by SOAR.HOST. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access any third-party website, service, or content from SOAR.HOST, you do so at your own risk and you agree that SOAR.HOST will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content.
